Dosage: As directed by the physician.
Uses: Omeprazole B.P. is used to treat certain conditions where there is too much acid in the stomach. It is used to treat gastric and duodenal ulcers, erosive esophagitis, and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). GERD is a condition where the acid in the stomach washes back up into the esophagus.
Precautions: Do not use this medicine without a doctor’s instructions. Consult your healthcare provider if you have a medical history or any liver problems. Don’t take it if you are allergic to the ingredients (Omeprazole).
If any allergic reaction occurs, stop using this medicine immediately and contact your doctor or pharmacist. capsules should be swallowed without crushing and with a sufficient amount of liquid.
Side effects: The side effects caused by Omeprazole are: Headache, Feeling sick, Farting (flatulence) and Constipation, etc.
Instructions: Store at room temperature (15°C to 30°C). Protect from heat, light, and moisture. Keep all medicines out of reach of Children.
