Ligcy
Ligcy (ciprofloxacin + lignocaine) 5 ml sterile ear drops are manufactured by Jeans Laboratories (Pvt.) Ltd.
This medicine is prescribed by doctors as a relief for bacterial ear infections.
Each pack contains: Each pack of Ligcy contains sterile drops of 5 ml and an enclosed leaflet.
Composition:

Ciprofloxacin HCL eq. to
Ciprofloxacin 3 mg
Lignocaine 50 mg
Dosage: Instill 3-4 drops in the affected Ear(s) every 12 hour or as prescribed by the physician.
Usage: This medication is used to treat bacterial ear infections. It is used to treat middle ear infections in children with ear tubes, as well as outer ear infections (also known as swimmer’s ear) in children & adults.
This medication contains a combination of ciprofloxacin (a quinolone-type antibiotic) and dexamethasone (an anti-inflammatory corticosteroid).
Side effects: Discomfort, pain, or itching in the ear may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, notify your doctor or pharmacist promptly. If any of these effects persist or worsen, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly.
Caution: Once opened use within 4 weeks. Protect from sunlight and heat. Store in a cool, dry place, and away from children’s reach. Store below 30°C. To be sold on a prescription of a registered medical practitioner only.
