Britanyl
Britanyl (Terbutaline Sulphate) is a beta 2 receptor that provides flexibility to the bronchial passages.
Composition: In a 60 ml bottle of this syrup, each ml is composed of 0.3 mg Terbutaline Sulphate USP.
Dosage: It is recommended to take the syrup three times a day for patients of any age.
Further, 2 to 3 teaspoons are used for adults.
For children below three years, use half a teaspoon.
Half to 1 teaspoon for children from three to five years old.
One teaspoon to 1 ½ teaspoon for children from 6 to 12 years old.
Patients above 12 years old can take the dose as adults.

Uses: Terbutaline Sulphate is effective in treating asthma, respiratory problems and diseases related to the lungs. This medicine is a bronchodilator that is used mainly to cure asthma, acute bronchitis and emphysema.
Side effects: The syrup may cause dizziness, headache and normal cough. Consult the doctor if the patient is hypersensitive to the ingredients used in this medicine. If the medicine shows any worse effect, contact the doctor immediately.
Precautions: Protect the medicine from storing into direct sun or moisture. Use the syrup only orally.
