Hifolate
Hifolate (L-Methylfolate) (active form of folic acid) Tablet used to treat or prevent low folate levels. Low levels of folate can cause a certain type of anaemia.
Folate is a vitamin-B that is necessary to form healthy cells, especially red blood cells.
Package contains: It contains 30 tablets of 400mcg in its pack.
Composition:
Each film coated tablet contains:
L-Methylfolate 400mcg.
(Bioequivalent to 2.5mg Folic Acid)

Uses: Hifolate Tablet is composed of L-methyl folate, which belongs to the group of medicines that are used to treat anaemia. This medicine shows effectiveness by raising the folate level in the body.
Pregnancy, stomach or intestinal problems, kidney dialysis, liver disease, poor diet, and alcoholism can cause a low folate level. It raises the low folate level caused by these diseases.
Side Effects:
Some serious allergic reactions can occur;
- Itching
- Swelling
- Rash
- Trouble breathing
- Dizziness
