Usage: Olmesartan present in Olesta-Am is used alone or together with other medicines to treat high blood pressure or hypertension.
High blood pressure adds to the workload of the heart and arteries. It is prescribed for adult patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled.
Side effects: Some common side effects of this medicine are headaches, dizziness, and edema.
Other side effects include stomach pain, vomiting, constipation and back pain, dark urine, etc. If any of these effects persist or worsen, tell your doctor immediately.
