This medicine is used to treat schizophrenia.

Usage:
This medicine is used in the treatment of schizophrenia (a mental disorder that can cause hallucinations or delusions and also adversely affects a person’s ability to think and behave) and mania.
Paliris-XR Tablet may be taken with or without food. However, it is advised to take it at the same time each day as this helps to maintain a consistent level of medicine in the body.
Side effects:
Some common side effects of this medicine include nystagmus (involuntary eye movement) and tremor.
It also causes dizziness and sleepiness, so do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how this medicine affects you.
