Sokast
Sokast (Montelukast sodium B.P) is a leukotriene inhibitor that is used to prevent asthma attacks in adults and children at least 2 years old. Montelukast is also used to prevent exercise-induced bronchoconstriction (narrowing of the air passages in the lungs) in adults and children who are at least 6 years old.
Uses: It is used to control and prevent symptoms caused by asthma (such as wheezing and shortness of breath). It is also used before exercise to prevent breathing problems during exercise (bronchospasm). This medication can help decrease the number of times you need to use your quick-relief inhaler.

Side effects: Some common side effects of this medicine are Headache, restlessness, abdominal pain, increased sweating, and anaphylaxis.
