Vida-Z is an excellent combination of Zinc, Vitamin E, C, Folic acid, & Vitamin B Complex tablets. It is used to make up for the deficiency of Vitamin C Vitamin E & which is an important element needed for wound healing and fertility. Its deficiency can lead to loss of appetite, severe hair loss, and chronic fatigue syndrome.

Composition:
Each film coated tablet contains:
22.5mg Zinc as zinc sulphate USP, 500mg Vitamin C USP, 100mg Vitamin B3 USP, 301U Vitamin E USP, 20mg Vitamin B5 and B6 USP, 15mg Vitamin B1 USP and B2 USP, 12mcg Vitamin B12 USP, and 150mcg Folic Acid USP.
Dosage: 1 tablet daily or as directed by the physician.
Instructions:
Store below 30°C.
Protect from light and moisture.
Keep all medicines out of the reach of children. Use for an oral purpose only.
Side effects: Constipation, diarrhoea, or upset stomach can occur for time being as the person is not used to the medicine once the consumer is used to these side effects are most likely to go.
