Zamlo-H
Zamlo-H (Amlodipine + Hydrochlorothiazide) tablets are usually used for the treatment of high blood pressure or hypertension. It is also used to treat long-term chest pain generally known as angina pain, it occurs when heart muscles can not get adequate oxygen-rich blood.
It lowers the high blood pressure and prevents patients from future heart attacks, kidney problems, and strokes.
Zamlo-H tablet is composed of Amlodipine and Hydrochlorothiazide. Amlodipine belongs to the group of medicines generally known as calcium channel blocker that works by lowering the movement of calcium in the blood vessels.
Package contains: Each pack of this medicine contains 20 tablets of 5mg/12.5mg
Composition: 
Each tablet contains:
Amlodipine (as Besylate) 5mg
Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg.

Indications: Hypertension, Myocardial Ischemia.
Contra-Indications: Hypersensitivity to dihydropyridines and hydrochlorothiazide.
Dosage:
Adults: As directed by the physician.
Children: Not recommended.
Adverse Effects: Hypotension, headache, fatigue, nausea, flushing, and dizziness.
Some serious side effects may also occur; A high potassium blood level, Signs of infection, Eye pain, vision changes, and Kidney problems.
Precaution: Pregnancy, impaired hepatic function.
Instructions/Storage: Protect from light, and moisture. Store in a cool dry place below 30oC. keep all medicine out of reach of children.
