Hy-Cortisone (Hydrocortisone sodium succinate for injection USP) For I.V & I.M use. It is used to treat symptoms of low corticosteroid levels (a lack of certain substances that are usually produced by the body and are necessary for normal body functioning). It is also used to treat severe allergies.

Hydrocortisone injections are used to treat multiple sclerosis (a disease in which the nerves don’t work properly), lupus (a disease in which the body attacks many of its own organs), gastrointestinal disorders, and some types of arthritis. Hydrocortisone injections are also used to treat certain conditions affecting the blood, skin, eyes, nervous system, thyroid, kidneys, and lungs.

Hydrocortisone injection is part of a class of drugs called corticosteroids.

Package contains: Each pack of Hy-Cortisone contains 1 injection of 100mg.

Hydrocortisone sodium succinate USP eq. to Hydrocortisone 100mg. USP Specifications.

Directions for reconstitutions: To be injected I.V/I.M with 2ml of water for injection BP.

Dosage: As directed by the physician or see leaf insert for detailed information.

Instructions: To be sold on the prescription of a registered medical practitioner only. Store below 25°C. Protect from heat, sunlight, and moisture. Use freshly prepared solution. Keep out of children’s reach.
