Lantus Solostar
Lantus Solostar 100 Units/ml (Insulin glargine) Pre-Filled Pen Injection is solution of subcutaneous use and it is used with a healthy diet and proper exercise program to control high blood sugar in patients with diabetes.
Package contains: It contains solution for injection in 5 pre-filled pens of 3ml.
Composition:
1ml contains 100 units(3.64mg) insulin glargine.
Excipients: Zinc chloride, m-cresol, glycerol, hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide, water for injections.

Unopened:
Store in a refrigerator (2o C-8o C). Do not freeze. Keep the pre-filled pen in the outer carton in order to protect from light.

Uses: Lantus Solostar 100IU Pre-Filled Pen Injection is composed of Insulin Glargine, which is similar to human insulin. It shows effectiveness by helping blood sugar get into cells so the body can use it for energy.
Lantus Solostar 100IU Pre-Filled Pen also helps to prevent strokes, heart attacks, loss of limbs, nerve problems, sexual function problems, blindness, and kidney damage by lowering high blood sugar.
In use condition: After its first use, the pen may be stored for a maximum of 4 weeks, not above 30o C. Do not refrigerate. Keep the pen protected from light. Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
Use only clear and colorless solutions with no solid particles visible and must have water-like consistency. Only use needles that have been approved for use with Solostar. To be sold on the prescription of a registered medical practitioner only.
Side Effects:
