Maxolon
Maxolon (Metoclopramide) (10 Ampoules X 2ml) (for IV / IM Injection) injection is used to treat severe vomiting of known cause This medicine works by blocking the action of a chemical in the brain which causes nausea and vomiting. It also acts in the stomach and upper intestine to increase muscle contractions.
Uses: This medication is used to treat certain conditions of the stomach and intestines. It is used as a short-term treatment for persistent heartburn when the usual medicines do not work well enough.
It is used mostly for heartburn that occurs after a meal or during the daytime.
Package Contains: It contains 10 Ampoules X 2ml of 10mg.
Composition:
Each 2ml ampoule contains:
Metoclopramide HCl B.P. 10 mg
Dosage & Administration:
As directed by physician. Refer to leaflet before use.
Store at 25°C. Protect from light
