Oray
Oray Omeprazole capsule. It is a proton pump inhibitor used to decrease the amount of acid in the stomach.
Pack contains: 1 pack contains 2×7 capsules, each of 20mg, and an instruction leaflet.

Omeprazole (20 mg) as (Enteric Coated Pellets)

Dosage: As directed by the physician.
Adult: Omeprazole capsule once daily. For H.pylori infection, it is given twice daily. Dosage duration varies according to the type of infection from 10 days to 4-8 weeks.
Children: Oray capsule is not recommended for children.
Indications: Omeprazole capsule is used to treat gastric ulcers, duodenal ulcers and to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). To treat patients of erosive esophagitis. It is also used to eradicate H.pylori bacteria.
Side effects: Its overdosage can cause tachycardia, headache, nausea, and vomiting. Very high doses can cause blurring of vision, dryness of the mouth, and mental confusion.
Caution: Those who experience allergic reactions to Omeprazole or related drug groups, don’t take Oray. To be sold on the prescription of registered medical practitioner only.
