Primovate ointment (Clobetasol Propionate 0.05%) is for topical corticosteroid ointment. For external use only.
Package contains: Each package contains a 15-gram Primovate cream tube. It is also available as a cream.

Clobetasol Propionate (USP) 0.05% w/w

Dosage & Administration: A thin film of ointment should be applied to cover the affected area once or twice daily in the morning and night. Use as directed by the director (doctor/pharmacist).
Indication: It is indicated for the topical treatment of allergy and inflammatory dermatoses.
Allergy and inflammatory dermatoses: (Allergic contact dermatitis is an inflammatory disease of the skin, Inflammatory dermatoses encompass an enormous area of dermatopathology. These diseases are triggered and maintained by aberrant responses of the cells of the skin’s immune system.)
Its main ingredient Clobetasol propionate is used to treat eczema and psoriasis. It reduces swelling, redness, itching, and rashes caused by these skin conditions.
Instructions: Store below 30°C. To be sold on the prescription of R.M.P (registered medical practitioner). Keep out of reach of children. Protect from heat & sunlight. For dermatological use only.
Side effects: The side effects may include: itching, thinning skin, or irritation where the cream is applied.
