Eyebradex
Eyebradex (Tobramycin + Dexamethasone) are ophthalmic sterile drops composed of two drugs Tobramycin and Dexamethasone that can cause the stop growth of bacteria and stop swelling.
This medication is used to treat bacterial infections of the eye. Do not use it for other eye infections.
Indications: Eyebradex is indicated for steroid-responsive inflammatory ocular conditions for which a corticosteroid is indicated and where superficial bacterial ocular infection or a risk of bacterial ocular infection exists.
Presentation: Eyebradex ophthalmic drops are available as 5ml drops in a plastic eye dropper bottle.
Composition:
Each ml contains
Tobramycin USP 3mg
Dexamethasone USP 1mg
Preservative: Benzalkonium chloride 0.01%
Inactive & Purified water.
Dosage and administration:
Please see the direction circular, Or one or two drops are instilled into the conjunctival sac every four hours.
During the initial 24 to 48 hours, the dosage may be increased to one or two drops every two hours. Frequency should be decreased gradually as directed by the physician.
Instructions:
Store below 30°C.
Protect from heat, light & moisture.
Don’t refrigerate.
Keep all medicines out of the reach of children.
Do not use the medicine longer than four weeks after opening it.
For ophthalmic use only.
Shake well before use.
