Carey Sachets 40 mg Omeprazole and sodium bicarbonate combination is used to treat certain conditions where there is too much acid in the stomach.
It is used to treat gastric and duodenal ulcers, erosive esophagitis, and gastroesophageal reflux disease. Carey Sachet is sugar-free.
Package Contain: Each Package Carey contains 10 sachets of 40mg. Mint Flavor: Powder for Oral Suspension.
Composition:
Each Sachet (powder) contains:
- Omeprazole 40 mg.
- Sodium bicarbonate 1680 mg.
- (USP Specs.)
Dosage:
As directed by the physician or see leaflet for detailed information.
Missed dose:
Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. Do not take extra medicine to make up for the missed dose.
Preparation & Administration:
Empty the sachet contents into 1-2 tablespoons (15-30ml). of water to form suspension stir well and drink immediately.
Refill cup with water and drinks. Do not use other liquids or foods.
Side Effects:
- Back, leg, or Stomach Pain.
- Bleeding or crusting sores on the lips.
- Bloody or cloudy urine.
- Continuing Ulcers or sores in the mouth.
- Difficult, burning, or painful urination.
Precaution:
Before taking this medicine tell your doctor if you are allergic to it; or if you have any other allergies.
This product may contain inactive ingredients, which can cause allergic reactions or other problems.
Instructions:
Store below at 30°C.
Protect from heat, sunlight & moisture.
Keep all medicines out of the reach of children.
