Obsical sachet (Calcium with three-plus) (Calcium supplement) (Citrus Flavored Effervescent) (Stir well and drink mixture) is necessary for many normal functions of the body, especially bone formation and maintenance.

Calcium Citrate eq. to
Elemental Calcium (USP) 500mg
Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3 USP) 400 I.U

Dosage: 1 to 2 sachets daily.
Directions for use: Mix one sachet in a glass of water or juice.
Uses: It is a nutritional supplement and is not used for the treatment of any disease. It is also used to maintain adequate calcium levels for your heart, nervous system, and muscles to function properly.
Precautions: Call your doctor at once if you have little or no urination, swelling, rapid weight gain. Please consult your doctor when taking this medicine if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Side effects: Upset Stomach, Constipation.
