Cosome
Cosome (Dextromethorphan hydrobromide + Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride + Chlorpheniramine maleate) Cough Syrup USP is used to treat dry cough & cold.
Package contains: A COSOME 120ml bottle of syrup.
Composition: 
Each 5 ml contains:
Dextromethorphan hydrobromide USP 10 mg
Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride USP 30 mg
Chlorpheniramine maleate 2 mg
DOSAGE:
Adults: 2 teaspoonfuls three times daily.
Children: (6 to 12 years): 1/2 to 1 teaspoonful three times daily.
Not to be used in children under the age of 6 years.
Or as prescribed by the physician.
Uses: Dextromethorphan is used to relieve coughs due to colds or influenza (flu). It should not be used for chronic cough that occurs with smoking, asthma, or emphysema or when there is a huge amount of mucus or phlegm (flem) with the cough.
Pseudoephedrine relieves nasal or sinus congestion caused by the common cold, sinusitis, hay fever, and other respiratory allergies. Chlorpheniramine is an antihistamine that reduces the effects of natural chemical histamine in the body.
Precaution: Before taking this COSOME tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of the ingredients, or if you have any other allergies.
