Fixitil
Fixitil 30ml is Powder for oral suspension (Cefixime). It is used to treat a wide variety of bacterial infections. It is a third-generation oral cephalosporin antibiotic 30ml (On reconstitute): 100 mg / 5ml.
The medication is manufactured by Tabros Pharma (Pvt.) Ltd.
Composition:
Each 5 ml contains Cefixime 100 mg, on reconstitution, U.S.P specification.
Dosage: As directed by the physician or for detailed information please see the insert.
Directions for reconstitution: Add freshly boiled and cooled water to half of the mark given on the label of the bottle. Invert the bottle and shake for few seconds and then add more water up to the mark Of the label and shake well to make 30 ml suspension.
The reconstituted suspension will remain stable for seven days when kept at room temperature (below 25°C).
Storage:
Protect from light and moisture.
Store below 30°C.
Keep out of the reach of children.
For oral use only.
Replace cape tightly after every use.
Shake well before every use.
To be sold only on the prescription of a registered medical practitioner.
Side effects: Stomach upset or pain, Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas, Headache, Dizziness.
Precautions: Use with caution having Kidney Disease and Intestinal Disease.
