    Lotrix lotion (Permethrin) is also know as permethrin used for the treatment of scabies and crab lice and the condition caused by tiny insects (mites) who infest and irritated the skin.

    This lotion is used to kill the mites and their eggs and gives immediate relief from rash and irritation.LOTRIX LOTION

    Package contains:

    Each package contains a plastic bottle with approximately 60ml solution.

    Also available in a tube 30ml cream.

    Composition:

    Each ml contains:

     Permethrin 5%w/w

    Dosage:

    LOTRIX LOTION back

    Adults and children over 12:

    *Up to ½ bottle (30ml). If more than 30ml required for full body, not more than 60ml (full bottle) should be used during single application

    Children 6 to 12:

    *¼ of bottle

    Children 2 to 5 years:

    *⅛th of bottle

    How to apply:

    Lotion should be applied to the clean, dry and cool skin.

    Must be applied over the whole body , excluding the head, from neck to the soles of feet.

    Pay extra attention on the specific areas like between fingers and toes, wrists, armpits, buttocks and external genitalia.

    In women, the whole body application should include breasts.

    Cautions:

    *Product should not be applied to mucous membrane.

    *Do not apply on face and head.

    *Don not apply too close to eyes and mouth.

    *Product should be washed off with mild soap and water.

    *Children under 2 years and patients over 70 years should be treated under medical supervisor.

    * Shake well before use.

    * Keep all medicines out of the reach of the children.

    Adverse Reaction:

    Eczema, skin oedema, rash, burning sensation, skin irritation, skin discomfort, pain of skin.

    Skin discomfort occurs in patients with severe scabies.

    In the event of accidental ingestion of Lotrix, please seek immediate medical attention.
