Peppermint Plus is a 120 ml syrup used for anti-vomiting and stomach fumication.

Package contains: 1 pack of peppermint plus contains 120ml syrup and a leaf insert.

Composition:

Each 5ml contains:

Sodium bicarbonate (USP) 100mg

Peppermint Oil (USP) 1mg

Menthol (USP) 1mg

Dosage: For adults: Two teaspoonfuls three times a day after meal. For children: One teaspoonful three times a day after meal. Or use as directed by the physician.

Indications: This syrup is used for quick relief from cholera ( a diarrheal illness caused by vibrio cholera ). It is used for immediate treatment of indigestion ( disturbance in digestion of food).

It is used to treat dyspepsia, upper abdominal pain, to relieve the feeling of fullness and belches (sudden noise in throat because of air in the stomach).

It is also used to treat irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), nausea, heartburn and to prevent spasms of intestine during examination.

Side Effects: It can cause dryness of the mouth and vomiting in some people. Most people do not experience any significant side effects.
