Zeclar
Zeclar (clarithromycin) granules for oral suspension. It is orange flavoured. It is a combination of clarithromycin. Clarithromycin is an antibiotic used to treat various bacterial infections that includes strep throat, pneumonia, skin infections, H. pylori infection, Lyme disease, etc.
Package contains: Each package contains 60ml (approx) Zeclar suspension (syrup) after reconstituted of 200mg/5ml (when reconstituted). 
Composition:
Each 5ml of reconstituted suspension contains:
Clarithromycin 125mg
The product complies with USP Specifications.
Directions for reconstitution:
Shake the bottle to loosen the granules. To prepare 60ml oral suspension add 23ml water (boiled and cooled) with the help of provided cup. Add again 23ml (boiled and cooled) and shake well. Reconstituted suspension can be used within 14 days.
Usual Dosage: For Children: 7.5mg/kg every 12 hours or as directed by the Physician.
Instructions: Shake well before use, replace cap surely after use. Store between 15°C to 30°C. Avoid exposure to heat, light & humidity. Keep out of the reach of children. Only to be sold on the prescription of a registered medical practitioner.
Side effects: clarithromycin’s side effects are diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain & change in taste.
