Angiwell-XR
Angiwell-XR (Ranolazine) Tablet is an antianginal medicine. It is usually prescribed for the treatment of chronic angina, like chest pain which is caused by an inadequate supply of oxygen to the heart.
Angiwell-XR Tablet is composed of the active ingredient Ranolazine, and it is commonly known as a selective late-sodium current inhibitor. Ranolazine has anti-ischemic and antianginal properties. It works by decreasing the concentration of Sodium and calcium in the heart muscle cells.
Package contains: Angiwell-XR contains 7’s x 2 blisters tablets of 500mg in its pack. It is also available as: Angiwell-XR 1000mg.

Few common and rare side effects caused by this medicine include:
- Nausea
- Headache
- Vomiting
- Dyspnoea
- Dry mouth
- Palpitations
- Abdominal cramps
- Hypotension
