Asthiven
Asthiven (Montelukast Sodium) USP Tablet is usually prescribed to control and prevent from the wheezing caused by Asthma and also shortness of breath. It is also very helpful and effective to lower the chances of asthma attacks.
Asthiven tablet is composed of Montelukast sodium. This drug is related to the group of medicines commonly known as Leuko-Triene Receptor Antagonists or LTRAs. It works by blockage of natural substances such as leukotrienes that cause breathing problems and allergies.
Package contains: Asthiven contains 14 film coated tablets of 10mg in its pack. It is also available: Asthiven 5mg.

Product contains lactose.

Every medicine has few side effects. However, they are uncommon. Common side-effects of this medicine include;
- Abdominal pain
- Sweating
- Restlessness
- Anaphylaxis
- Headache
