Barresten (Clotrimazole) tablet is a broad-spectrum antimycotic vaginal medicine used to treat the symptoms of fungal infections in the vagina, generally known as candidal vaginitis.
Barresten tablets are used for the treatment of vaginal fungal infections and control it form further spreading. It is composed of active ingredients Clotrimazole. Clotrimazole belongs to the group of medicines generally known as anti-fungal medicines. It shows its effectiveness by blocking the growth of fungi.

Side effects:
Some side-effects may be caused by Barresten Tablet, but they are extremely rare.
Side effects can include:
- Nausea
- Breathing problems
- Faint
- Weakness
- Swelling of face or tongue
- Dizziness
Some severe side effects may also occur;
- Itching
- Rash
- Vaginal bleeding
- Burning
- irritation
