Cansaar (Candesartan Cilexetil) Tablet is used to treat the symptoms of hypertension and heart failure. It also helps in preventing future strokes, heart attacks and kidney problems. It also improves heart functions in heart failure.
Package contains: Each pack of Cansaar contains 28’s tablets of 16mg. Also Available as: Cansaar 8mg tablets.

How it works: Cansaar Tablet is composed of Candesartan Cilexetil as an active ingredient and belongs to the angiotensin receptor blocker class of drugs. It works by causing the blood arteries to relax and widen. This lowers blood pressure and makes it easier for the heart to pump blood.
Some side effects may be caused by this medicine are listed below: Common side-effects are;
- Dry mouth
- Abdominal pain
- Headache
- Decreased appetite
- Trouble sleeping
- Diarrhea
- Nausea
Some serious side effects may also occur;
- Back pain
- Dizziness
- Unusual tiredness
- Mental or mood changes
- Sore throat
- Nasal congestion
