Ceridal (Cetirizine Dihydrochloride) Tablet is anti-allergic medicine prescribed to relieve various symptoms of allergy; such as runny nose, watery eyes, itching, hives, sneezing, irritation in the eyes, and nose.

Each pack of Ceridal contains 100’s tablets of 10mg.
Composition:
Each film coated tablet contains:
Cetirizine 2HCl (B.P) 10mg
(Product Complies B.P specifications)
- Adults and children over 12 years: One tablet daily.
- Or as directed by the physician.
How it works:
Ceridal is composed of Cetirizine. It is used as an excellent Antihistamine drug. It works by blocking your body from producing certain chemicals that are created in excess due to allergies.
It is not suitable for the prevention of a serious allergic reaction, like an Anaphylactic shock. Do not use it as a replacement for an Epinephrine shot.
Every medicine has side effects. However, they are extremely rare. Common side-effects of this medicine include;
- Drowsiness
- Tiredness
- Dry mouth
- Stomach pain
These effects tend to be temporary and may disappear when your body adjusts to the medication. You should stop the use immediately and consult your doctor or a pharmacist if an allergic reaction occurs.
