Composition:
Each film coated tablet contains:
Olmesartan Medoxomil USP 20mg
Amlodipine Besylate USP equivalent to Amlodipine 5mg

Uses:
Dewsar-A Tablet is an effective medicine for the treatment of high blood pressure or hypertension. Hypertension can cause heart failure, kidney damage, and heart attacks.
Dewsar-A Tablet contains active ingredients Olmesartan Medoxomil and Amlodipine Besylate both belongs to the group of medicines angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) and Calcium channel blocker respectively.
Olmesartan works by loosen up the blood vessels. Amlodipine woks by acting on the smooth muscles and so reducing the blood pressure.
Side Effects:

- Rash
- Drowsiness
- Nausea
- Dizziness
- Diarrhea
- Itching
- Hives
- Cough
- Vomiting
Some severe side effects:
- Headache
- Upset stomach
