Dirogest (Dydrogesterone) (Cis isomer) Tablet is prescribed for the treatment of progesterone deficiencies.

Indications:
Treatment of progesterone deficiencies, abortion associated with proven progesterone deficiency. Treatment of infertility due to luteal insufficiency.
Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to any of the components of the product.
Precaution: Breakthrough bleeding may occur in few patients, increasing the dosage can however, prevent this.
Uses: Dirogest tablet is used for irregular cycles, Hormone replacement therapy, Endometriosis, Secondary amenorrhoea, Dysmenorrhea, and other conditions.
Dirogest Tablet is composed of active ingredients Dydrogesterone. It works by lowering the growth of the endometrium.
Side Effects:
- Nausea
- Weight gain
- Abnormal liver function
- Feeling depressed
- Yellowing of skin and eyes
