Galaxy (Fluoxetine USP) Capsule is an antidepressant medication. It is used for the treatment of depression, panic attacks, OCD, eating disorders and a severe type of premenstrual syndrome.
Each capsule of Galaxy Capsule contains the active ingredient Fluoxetine, which is a Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor (SSRI).
Package contains: It contains 30 tablets of 20mg in its pack.

Uses: Galaxy Capsule is used to treat disorders such as depression, anxiety, panic attacks, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Bulimia and premenstrual dysphoric disorder. For the treatment of bulimia, Fluoxetine decreases the frequency of binge eating and vomiting.
It also alleviates depressive symptoms by significantly reducing suicidal ideation and impulsiveness in OCD patients and raises the levels of sex hormones that drop sharply in women at the end of their menstrual cycle, which are the main cause of the premenstrual dysphoric disorder.
Side Effects:
The side-effects of taking this capsule are as follows:
- Nausea
- Diarrhea
- Dry mouth
- Heartburn.

Instructions:
- Store at controlled room temperature (15o C-30o C).
