Lexotanil
Lexotanil (Bromazepam) tablet is a powerful psychotropic agent. It selectively reduces tension and anxiety. In high dosage, sedative and muscle properties appear.

Indications:
Emotional disturbances: Acute tension and anxiety states. Difficulties in interpersonal contact. Agitation, insomnia, anxious and agitated depressive reactions.
Functional disturbances in the cardiovascular and respiratory system (pseudoangina pectoris, precordial anxiety, tachycardia, etc); in the gastrointestinal system (spasms, bloating, diarrhea, etc).
Functional disturbances in the genitourinary system (frequency, irritable bladder, dysmenorrhea). Emotional reactions to chronic organic disease. Adjuvant to Psychoneurosis.
Psychosomatic disorders: Psychogenic headache, psychogenic dermatosis, Asthma, Gastric & duodenal ulcer & ulcerative colitis.

Bromazepam (ph. Eur.) 3mg.

Pregnancy and nursing mothers: Please must consult your doctor when taking this medicine if you are pregnant. As benzodiazepines pass into breast milk nursing mothers should not take Lexotanil.
Undesirable effects: It is well tolerated in therapeutic doses. The following undesirable effects may occur: fatigue, headache, drowsiness, ataxia or double vision, confusion numbed emotions etC. Gastrointestinal disturbances, change in libido & skin reactions have been reported occasionally.
Paradoxical reactions like restlessness, agitation, irritability, aggressiveness, delusion, rages, nightmares, hallucinations, psychoses, inappropriate behavior.
Other adverse behavioral effects are known to occur when using benzodiazepines. Should this occur, the use of the drug should be discontinued.
Instructions: Keep all medicine out of reach of children. Protect from heat, light & moisture. Store below 30°C. For details see enclosed leaflets.
