Maxfol
Maxfol (L-Mehtylfolate) (active form of folic acid) Tablet used to treat or prevent low folate levels. Low levels of folate can cause a certain type of anaemia. Folate is a vitamin-B that is necessary to form healthy cells, especially red blood cells.
Uses: Maxfol Tablet is composed of L-methyl folate, which belongs to the group of medicines that are used to treat anaemia. This medicine shows effectiveness by raising the folate level in the body.
Pregnancy, stomach or intestinal problems, kidney dialysis, liver disease, poor diet, and alcoholism can cause a low folate level. It raises the low folate level caused by these diseases.
Package contains: Each pack of Maxfol contains 30’s tablets of 400mcg. Also available as: Maxfol Tablet 600mcg.

Each film-coated tablet contains:
L-Methyltetrahydrofolate calcium MS eq. to L-Mehtylfolate 400mcg.
