Mectimite
Mectimite (Ivermectin) tablet is used to treat certain parasitic roundworm infections.
Pack contains: The box contains 1×10 tablets of 6mg.
Composition:
Each film coated tablet contains:
Ivermectin USP 6 mg.

Dosage: As directed by the physician. For further information, read the enclosed leaflet.
Side effects:
Headache, dizziness, muscle pain, nausea, or diarrhea may occur. You may experience reactions to the dying parasites during the first 4 days of treatment.
It includes joint pain, swollen lymph nodes, redness, swelling and pain of eyes, weakness, vision changes, itching, rash, and fever.
If any of these effects persist or worsen, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly.
When not to use:
It is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients listed.
Directions:
Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a cool, dry, and dark place.
Precautions:
Before using this medication, tell your doctor or pharmacist your medical history, especially of: liver problems.
If you have a weakened immune system (such as due to HIV infection), you may need repeat treatments with this medicine.
Talk to your doctor for more details. It passes into breast milk.
Though there have been no reports of harm to nursing infants, consult your doctor before breastfeeding.
