Neege (pantoprazole sodium) USP Specs tablets are manufactured by SAMI Pharmaceuticals.
This medicine is used to treat stomach pain.
Each pack contains: Each pack of Neege contains 2×7 tablets of 20mg.

Pantoprazole Sodium Sesquihydrate USP equivalent to Pantoprazole 20mg.
Usage: This medicine is used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease also known as GERD. The esophagus is a tube between the throat and the stomach.
In the case of GERD, the esophagus might get injured. In this condition, the acid from the stomach flows backward toward the throat causing heartburn and possible esophageal injury
This condition is common in adults and in kids of 5 years age and older. This medicine reduces the amount of acid that your stomach makes.
Neege is also prescribed by doctors to prevent and treat stomach ulcers. It belongs to a class of medicine that works to shut off the acid-pumping cells in your stomach.
Along with reducing the amount of stomach acid, it also reduces the pain associated with GERD.
Side effects: Common side effects of this medicine are sudden pain in the hips and back, swelling, watery or bloody diarrhea.
Dosage: As directed by the physician. In case of erosive esophagitis take 40mg orally once a day for up to 8 weeks.
Controlled studies of pantoprazole therapy have been limited to 12 months. The safety and efficacy of this medicine have not been established beyond 16 weeks of therapy.
Instructions: To be swallowed whole with water. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid exposure to heat, light, and humidity. Store between 15°C to 30°C. improper storage may deteriorate the medicine.
