Pamaryl Plus2
Pamaryl Plus2 (Glimepiride 2mg + Metformin 500mg) Tablet is used for the oral treatment of Diabetes Mellitus type 2 and restores physiological insulin release pattern.
USES: Pamaryl Plus2 tablet works by controlling high blood sugar which helps to prevent kidney damage, blindness, nerve problems, loss of limbs, & sexual function problems.
Proper control of diabetes may also lessen your risk of a heart attack or stroke.
Package Contains: Each pack of Pamaryl Plus2 contains 3×10’s Tablets 2mg/500mg.
Composition:
Each film coated tablet contains:
Glimepiride (B.P) 2mg
Metformin as HCl (B.P) 500mg

Side Effects: Some patients might experience hypoglycemia and liver failure.
Side effects can include: Taste disturbance, abnormal liver function tests, hepatitis (inflammatory condition of the liver), skin reactions, reduced B12 absorption are some of its side effects.
Rarely it may cause lactic acidosis. Please consult your doctor if you experience any of these symptoms.
