Retoret (Desloratadine) Tablet is primarily indicated in conditions like Perennial rhinitis, Urticaria, and can also be given in adjunctive therapy as an alternative drug of choice in Seasonal allergic rhinitis that includes a runny nose, watery eyes, sneezing, etc.

Side Effects:
The following side-effects may commonly occur while using this medicine.
It produces potentially life-threatening effects which include Arrhythmias, Anaphylaxis, Angioedema, Extrapyramidal symptoms. Which are responsible for the discontinuation of this medicine.
The symptomatic adverse reactions produced by this medicine are more or less tolerable and if they become severe, they can be treated symptomatically, these include Headache, Drowsiness, Fatigue, Myalgia, Palpitation, Dry mouth, Blurred vision, Pharyngitis.
If any of these side effects worsen or last for a long time, you should consult with your doctor.
Precautions:
Before taking desloratadine, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are allergic to it; or to loratadine; or if you have any other allergies.
This product may contain inactive ingredients, which can cause allergic reactions or other problems.
Store in a cool, dry, and dark place. Keep out of reach of children.
