Rifagut (Rifaximin) Tablet is a Gut-Specific Antibiotic that helps to treat Diarrhoea, Irritable bowel syndrome, Liver encephalopathy, and prominently the traveler’s Diarrhoea caused by Escherichia Coli.
Rifagut is composed of the active ingredient Rifaximin. It belongs to the group of medicine usually known as antibiotics. This medicine is among the most useful and effective treatments available for Traveler’s Diarrhoea mostly caused by E.coli, Bacterial Liver encephalopathy, and IBS/Crohn’s disease.
It works by inevitable binding to Bacterial RNA polymerase, thus preventing bacterial replication. That’s why it is known as a bactericidal medicine.
