Sar-K Plus
Sar-K Plus (Losartan Potassium U.S.P + Hydrochlorothiazide U.S.P) Tablet is used to treat high blood pressure. It is also used to lower the risk of strokes in patients with high blood pressure and an enlarged heart.
Lowering high blood pressure helps prevent strokes, heart attacks, and kidney problems. Sar-K Plus tablet relaxes the heart muscles and the blood vessels. It relaxes the blood vessels and promotes the smooth flow of blood.
Package contains: Sar-K Plus contains 20 tablets of 50+12.5mg.

Losartan Potassium U.S.P 50mg
Hydrochlorothiazide U.S.P 12.5mg

Precaution in Pregnancy: This medicine is not recommended for use in pregnant women except in life-threatening conditions. All the risks and benefits should be discussed with the doctor before taking this medicine.
Side Effects: Dizziness or lightheadedness may occur as your body adjusts to the medication. It may also rarely cause serious kidney problems or make them worse.
Tell your doctor right away if any of these unlikely but serious side effects occur: fainting, symptoms of a high potassium blood level such as muscle weakness, slow/irregular heartbeat.
