Sofac (Diclofenac Sodium B.P) is an Analgesic and Anti-inflammatory tablet used to reduce pain and swelling of body fatigue as well as joint problems of the human body. It provides sudden relief against any type of pain.
Package contains: Each pack of Sofac contains 20’s tablets of 50mg. Also available as: Sofac Tablet 100mg. It is also available in the form of Injection(3ml).

Each film-coated tablet contains:
Diclofenac Sodium B.P 50mg.
Product Complies with B.P Specs.
Usual Dosage: As directed by the physician.
Uses: This medicine is used for the treatment of various types of pain like lower back pain, frozen shoulders, bursitis, strains, and acute gout as well as joint problems of the body. This medicine contains Diclofenac sodium which has the property to reduce sudden pain of any type at any time.
Some of the common side effects of this medicine are:
- Dizziness
- Upset stomach
- Gas
- Drowsiness
- Nausea
- Constipation
- Heartburn
- Diarrhoea
Some serious side effects may also occur;
- Unusual weight gain
- Hearing changes
- Swelling of feet or ankles
- Mood changes
