Trihemic (High Potency Hematinic Compound) tablet is for Iron deficiency due to poor absorption and chronic blood loss, red blood cell production, Treatment of anemias of nutritional origin, Pregnancy, Infancy or childhood, High blood pressure & Pernicious anemia.
Also used for Wound healing, Poor diet, Occasional constipation, Vitamin b12 deficiency, Scurvy, and other conditions. This Tablet contains Docusate Sodium, Folic Acid, Intrinsic Factor Concentrate, Iron, Vitamin B12, Vitamin C, and Vitamin E as active ingredients.
Package contains: It contains 30 tablets of 600mg.
Composition:
Each tablet contains:
Ferrous Fumarate USP 350mg.
(Equivalent to elemental iron 115mg.)
Folic Acid USP 1mg.
Ascorbic Acid 600mg.
Vitamin B12 25mcg.
Vitamin E (Di-Alpha tocopheryl Acetate) 30 I.U.

Dosage: One tablet daily or as directed by the physician.

- Swelling
- Rapid weight gain
- Diarrhea
- Itching or mild rash
- Flushing or redness of skin
- Stomach upset
- Side or lower back pain
- Nausea or vomiting
- Stomach cramps
- Headache
- Excess of creatinine in urine
- Lose motion.
