Wilgesic Forte is a film coated tablet, used to relieve discomfort associated with painful skeletal muscle spasms.

Package contains: 1 pack of Wilgesic Forte contains 100 film coated tablets and an inner leaflet.

Composition:

Each film coated tablet contains:

Orphenadrine Citrate BP/USP 50 mg

Paracetamol BP/USP 650 mg

Usual Dosage:

Adults: 1 tablet 2 times a day or as advised by the physician.

Indications:

For the relief of painful skeletal muscle spasm associated with chronic low back pain, sprains, strains, prolapsed intervertebral disc, muscle injury, non-articular rheumatism, tension headache, dysmenorrhea and other acute or chronic painful muscular conditions. It has anticholinergic and antihistaminic activity.

Adverse Effects: It can cause drowsiness, dizziness, lightheadedness, nervousness, dryness of mouth/nose/throat and blurred vision. It can cause gastrointestinal symptoms such as stomach upset, nausea and vomiting. It can cause constipation and difficult urination.

Caution: Those who have urination problem, an enlarged prostate, glaucoma,  stomach ulcer or blockage in digestive tract, trouble swallowing, or myasthenia gravis should not take Wilgesic Forte tablets. To be sold and used on the prescription of a registered medical practitioner only.

Instructions: Protect from light, heat and moisture. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep between 15-30°C. Keep all medicines out of the reach of children.
