Dinsave
Dinsave (Loratadine) is a non-sedating and antihistamine syrup.
Composition:
In 60 ml syrup, each 5 ml contains:
5 mg Loratadine USP.
Dinsave is also available in form of 10 mg tablets.
Dosage and administration:
For Adults: two teaspoons a day.
For Children (from 2 to 12 years old) having bodyweight under 30 kg: 1 teaspoon a day.
For children above 30 kg body weight of same age: 2 teaspoons a day.
The same dosage goes in tablet form.
Use the medicine as prescribed by the physician or experienced medical practitioner.
When to use: Dinsave is effective in treating inflammation of the nose due to allergy. Further, it is used in curing allergic rhinitis, rashes on the skin, and hives or bumps on the skin.
Instructions and warnings:
- Store the medicine at a dry place below 25° C.
- Prevent strong in sunlight or exposure to heat.
- Keep the syrup away from children.
- Tightly close the cap of bottle after using it.
- The medicine is used orally only.
Side effects: Usage of this medicine can cause drowsiness, itching at the affected area, hypersensitivity in some cases, worsening inflammations, and diarrhea.
If the side effects get worse, refer to a doctor as soon possible.
