Noctamid
Noctamid (Lormetazepam) is an oral tablet used to treat insomnia and anxious feelings. Sleeping difficulties, such as difficulty falling asleep, are treated with Noctamid. It should only be used for a few days at a time.
Pack contains: Each packet contains 10×10 tablets of 1mg.
Composition:
Each tablet contains 1 mg Lormetazepam BP.

To be sold by a retailer on the prescription of Registered Medical Practitioner only.
To be used according to the physician’s advice.
Store below 30° C. Keep out of the reach of children.
When not to use: Myasthenia gravis, benzodiazepine hypersensitivity, or hypersensitivity to any of the excipients in Noctamid, severe respiratory insufficiency (severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), and sleep apnea syndrome.
Side effects: Excessive sleeping may be one of the side effects.
Precautions:
Allergies, pre-existing disorders, and current health issues are all factors to consider (pregnancy, upcoming surgery, etc.)
Do not use machinery or drive a car.
Take this medicine right before bedtime for better effect.
In breastfeeding and nursing moms, use with caution.
If you are pregnant, talk to your doctor before using this medication.
Chlorpromazine, Lofexidine, Phenelzine, Phenobarbital, and Temazepam are all known to interact with it.
